Nutritional deficiencies
Horticultural crops require large amounts of Ca, Mg, S, Zn and Mn, which are generally supplied in smaller quantities than the crop needs.
The FORTEC-FR and NUBIECOL ranges naturally contain a large amount of these 5 elements, thus providing an easy solution for fertilising with these nutrients.
Soil issues
Soils can present a series of issues that can be minimised with the help of organic matter:
• Compaction
• Lack of structure
• Sodium salinity
All three cases are a consequence of two problems:
• Lack of oxygen in the soil
• Lack of water retention
A common solution is the application of organic matter to restructure the soil and increase porosity, hence reducing both problems.
Pathogens
In order to obtain high yields, we need to keep the incidence of diseases and pests as low as possible. A high incidence means reduced yields and increased costs.
Microbiological Reality: The lack of biological competence (beneficial microorganisms) increases crop diseases, whereas INPROG products incorporate a large number of beneficial microorganisms thanks to #biomix, hence significantly reducing fungal and bacterial infections.
Physicochemical Reason: The lack of #microelements and #nanoelements decreases the plant’s natural defences, such as vitamins, enzymes, etc. Through #FRpower we are able to provide and supply the plant with all the necessary nutrients.
